While Anita is a native of coastal North Carolina, she has called the Triangle region home for the last 20+ years. After graduating from the UNC School of Pharmacy, she and her husband, an NC State graduate, decided to stay in the area. Both as a pharmacist and real estate agent, Anita bases her career on principles of attention to detail, effective communication, and service to others.
Anita has a passion for finding the heart of home. Her enthusiasm was sparked many years ago when she designed a floor plan for her dream home in her mother’s Home Economics class. Anita is passionate about the feeling that home evokes and enjoys helping clients discover that as well. Her love of design is a great asset in discovering and marketing each property’s unique characteristics.
Anita believes honesty, integrity and service to others are at the core of life and is honored to guide clients on their buying and selling journey. In her free time, Anita enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, hiking, traveling, and area college sports.
