Originally from Massachusetts, Courtnay relocated to Raleigh in 2001 to escape the cold Northeastern winters. She and her husband purchased their first home in the Raleigh suburb of Garner in 2002 and are proud to still call the town home today. She holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Hofstra University (2000) and a B.S in Interior Design from Meredith College (2006).
Licensed since 2010, Courtnay specializes in residential real estate representing buyers and sellers in the Triangle area. Courtnay is a full-service agent who always goes above and beyond for her clients. Her interior design background is a great asset when working with sellers to prepare their home for sale. She treats every listing like it is her own home, and stages it to show at its absolute best to get top results for her seller clients. When working with buyer clients, she can help them see a home’s potential the minute they walk through the door.
Courtnay is hard-working, detail-oriented, and does not think twice about doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Exceptional customer service and communication are particularly important to her. From first time buyers, to investors, or to the clients where “it’s not their first rodeo,” she helps every step of the way. Her goal from the initial meeting through closing day is to make sure the clients’ experience is as uncomplicated and stress-free as possible. To her, being a REALTOR® is not just about closing a deal. Every transaction brings about new challenges and learning experiences that make her a better agent and advocate for her clients. The connections made with her clients are invaluable, and her clients become like family. They know they can count on Courtnay well past the day their deal is done!
